Thank You Textured Frame

Create a textured Frame with a Thank You Insert using Modeling Paste and the Groove Tool.

Step 1: Paint the wood frame with 1 coat of teal paint. Let dry.

Step 2: While frame is drying trim patterned paper to fit inside, approximately 4″ x 6″

Step 3: Position Thank You Brass Template in center of text paper and trace the outer edge with a pencil.

Step 4: Paint inside of shape with watered down acrylic paint inside the pencil lines Let Dry.

Step 5: While the previous step is drying, spread the modeling paste on the edges of the frame using the decorative border brass stencil. Work on top and bottom – let dry. Then complete the left and right sides. Dry with a heat gun.

Step 6: Position stitching template over painted template area and pierce around edges with paper piercer.

Step 7: Position the Thank You Template over the tinted area and spread Modeling Paste to create the textured sentiment. Let Dry.

Step 8: Paint the frame with teal paint and dry. Sand lightly to reveal the modeling paste design.

Step 9: Use embroidery floss to stitch a border around the colored area.

Step 10: Brush chalk over the sentiment and shadow the letters with a platinum marker.

Step 11: Use an eyelet setter to attach the two eyelets as shown in the example.

Step 12: Insert completed Thank You Panel into dry frame
